| Brief Trail Description | |
| Black Forest Section 16 is a square-shaped loop in the Black Forest, north of Colorado Springs. The trail is a fairly wide gravel path with very little elevation change. The area is heavily forested, providing some shade during your hike. The hike will complete the loop twice. This is a great training hike to join us for a 4 mile loop if you are just getting started.
